How is this program going to be delivered?

This program is delivered through the FLO 28 membership digital platform. Using a username and password you create upon registration, you will be able to access the dashboard at any time.

How can I access the private Facebook group?

You will be able to access the private Facebook group that is part of the FLO 28 membership when you log into the platform. Just follow the link in the platform and allow us 24 hours to add you to the group.

When can I expect to be billed?

You will be billed on the same day of your original purchase each month. For example, if you initially joined FLO28 on January 12th, you will be billed on the 12th of all consecutive months.

Am I cancel my membership? And will I be eligible for a refund?

We are so sorry to see you go. You can cancel your month-by-month FLO28 membership at any time prior to your next billing cycle by emailing support@floliving.com.

If you have purchased the annual FLO28 membership, you will not be eligible for a refund. If you have any issues with your membership or suggestions for changes you’d like to see made, we would love your feedback. Please send us an email at support@floliving.com with any and all feedback!

Can I suspend my membership?

Yes, please send an email to support@floliving.com with the dates you’d like to pause your account.
